Atrion is a veteran-owned company with a proven track record of nearly 34 years in IT networking and cybersecurity solutions and services. These range from consulting services and assessments of architecture, – policy or issue, – to full remediation including procurement, implementation and a flexible array of technical support and engineering services. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives within their account base. Accounts would be within Atrion's geography of NJ/NY/PA. Atrion is looking for highly motivated and focused individuals who are looking for an opportunity to generate sizable income for themselves and their family. Job Responsibilities: • Superior ability to build and maintain long term relationships with Clients & Vendors within the organization • Experience in negotiating contracts & closing sales $500K+ • A proven track record of sales success meeting annual revenue targets of $4M+ • Obtain new business and exceed annual sales budget each year by presenting new solutions to clients, upselling, and seeking out new sources of revenues from clients • Develop a designated Sales Plan inclusive of building a business within the account base • Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients and assume all account management within the account base • Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, account plans and account management activities as required • Work closely with Sales and Executive Leadership to develop accounts in line with company's objectives • Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in Atrion’s market footprint • Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives within the account base Reasons to work as a Strategic Account Manager at Atrion: • Atrion has 33+ years of success in a consistently changing industry • Atrion doesn’t limit the commission plan on the high end, allowing a highly motivated and successful Account Manager to earn a very sizable income (compensation to be determined with your input) • Atrion represents many leading and emerging technologies which can easily generate interest with clients • Atrion has a professional services team to deliver services to clients at a high profit margin • Atrion provides an inside sales support team to assist with quoting, order entry, purchasing, etc. • Atrion provides a vendor maintenance contract support team to handle contract renewals without burdening the Account Manager, yet the Account Manager still gets partial compensation • Atrion’s engineers provide pre-sales support to the Account Managers to assist in solution and professional services sales • Atrion performs regular marketing activities within our geography to drive client interest and assist in pipeline development • Atrion has a large database of existing and prospective clients • Atrion has great relationships with our vendor partners at the local level and the executive level, allowing an Account Manager to leverage those relationships for lead generation and account planning • Atrion has its own Center of Excellence (interoperability and testing lab) to use in demonstrating a solution to prospective clients • Atrion has its own Cyber Innovation Center for use in demonstrating leading cybersecurity solutions • Atrion has many existing reference clients of various types, vertical markets, and sizes • Atrion’s Veteran-Owned Small Business status can be leveraged with certain large clients • Atrion has large credit lines to handle high revenue deals
